އަހަރެންގެ ނަޒަރު ހުއްޓިފައި ހުރީ ބޭރުން ވެހެމުންދާ ބޯ ވާރޭއަށެވެ. އަހަރެން ބަލަން ހުރި ކުޑަދޮރުގެ ބިއްލޫރިގަނޑުގައި ވާރޭގެ ބޮޑުތިކިތައް އައިސް ޖެހި، ކިލާފަނިތަކެއްހެން ވާރޭގެ ތިކިތައް ތިރިޔަށް ދުވެދުވެ ހުއްޓެވެ. އަހަރެން ވައަތުން ބިއްލޫރިގަނޑަށް ވެރިވެފައިވާ ފުސްކަން ފޮހެލީމެވެ. އިސާހިތަކު އަތަށް އޮހިގެން ދިޔައީ ތެތް ފިންޏެކެވެ. ގައިން ހީބިހި ނަގައިގަތެވެ. އަހަރެންގެ ލޯ މައްޗަށް އެދުވަހުގެ މަންޒަރުތައް ސިފަވެ، ކުލަޖެހެން ފެށިއެވެ. އަހަރެންގެ ލޮލުން ކަރުނަ ނީރާލިއެވެ. އަހަރެންނަށް ބޭއިޚްތިޔާރުގައި ފޮތިގަނޑަށްލައި ނިވާކޮށްފައިވާ އަތް ހަރަކާތްކުރެވެން އުޅެވުނެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އެ އަތަކުން އެއްވެސް ހަރަކާތެއް ނުކުރެވުނެވެ. އަތުގެ ބާރެއް ނެތްތަނުގައި އަތުގެ ނާރުތަކުގައި އެއްވެސް ވިންދެއްނެތެވެ. އަހަރެންގެ ކަނާއަތް ކޮނޑުހުޅުން ވައުވީ ހަމަ މިކަހަލަ ވާރޭ ވެހުނު ދުވަހެއްގައެވެ.

1.0  Introduction

Today it is very easy to have a Diploma or a Degree form a specific field. But Diploma or Degree only is not enough in the stage of job recruitment. Each year thousands of students graduates from college and enters into the job market. One of the biggest barrier they face to get job is that all most all employers include experience in a related field for a specific time as a must in job recruitment section. How can a freshly graduated student get work experience? We believe the colleges and universities has a great responsibility to provide students apprenticeship programmes and prepare them for job market while studying.
